At The Munroe Institute of Leadership, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms for returning courses purchased.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Time Frame: Courses are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. 
• Condition: The course must not have been completed or significantly accessed.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refund Method:

• All refunds for returned courses will be issued as a gift certificate for the Munroe Institute of Leadership. No monetary refunds will be provided and gift certificates must be used within one year of issuance.

Return Process:

• Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at Admin@TheMil.org to initiate the return process.
• Provide Details: Provide your purchase details and the reason for the return.
• Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for the processing of your return and issuance of the gift certificate.
